Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Zagram.Store to sell, distribute, promote, or facilitate illegal goods or services, fraudulent schemes, deceptive business opportunities, counterfeit or infringing content, malware, stolen data, hacked accounts, or content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.

You may not use the platform for money laundering, payment abuse, spam, phishing, harassment, impersonation, circumvention of payment-provider rules, or any activity that creates legal, reputational, or operational risk for the platform or its users.

Creators may not use Zagram.Store for exploitative adult content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or abusive material, violent extremism, hate content, or products that encourage self-harm or illegal activity. High-risk financial, medical, legal, or regulated advice products may be restricted or removed if they are misleading, unsafe, or non-compliant.

Creators must accurately describe what buyers receive, disclose recurring or gated access where relevant, honor lawful obligations to customers, and maintain the rights necessary to upload and sell their content. Creators are responsible for taxes, licensing, claims made in their copy, and compliance with local laws.

We may remove content, suspend products, restrict payouts, disable accounts, or report conduct to service providers or authorities where necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or investigate fraud, abuse, or safety issues.

We may act without prior notice where there is a risk of harm, payment loss, or legal exposure. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
