Refund Policy
Because Zagram.Store is built for digital products, refunds must balance customer trust with the instant-access nature of downloads, courses, and community products. This policy sets the platform baseline.

General refund standard
Buyers should review the product description, price, and delivery method before purchasing. Requests are reviewed case by case, but refunds are generally considered where access failed, the product was materially misrepresented, or duplicate/accidental charges occurred.
Creators may offer a more generous refund promise on individual product pages, but they may not offer less protection than required by law or by payment-provider rules.
Digital downloads and template products
Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, refunds are typically not available unless the file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description. If a file is corrupted or access fails, we will work to restore access or issue an appropriate refund.
Courses, tutorials, and memberships
Course, tutorial, and community products may be refunded if access was never granted, onboarding failed, or the listing materially misrepresented what was included. Partial consumption of a course or active use of a membership may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility depending on the circumstances.
Chargebacks and fraud
If a buyer initiates a chargeback instead of requesting support, access to purchased content may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent activity, abuse of refund requests, or misuse of downloaded assets may lead to account restrictions.
How to request help
Contact support with the purchase email address, product name, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request screenshots, error details, or the creator’s listing URL so we can investigate quickly. If a refund is approved, timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing windows.
