Support Guide
How we handle support
These support guidelines explain what to send, how we route issues, and what buyers and creators can expect while Zagram.Store is moving toward production readiness.
Effective date: April 19, 2026
Buyer purchase and access help
For purchase help, include the purchase email address, product name, creator storefront URL, and a short description of what went wrong. If you paid successfully but cannot access your library, sign in with the same verified email used at checkout so eligible purchases can be linked to your account.
For downloads, courses, and community products, describe whether the issue is a missing receipt, missing library item, broken download, unavailable delivery link, or incorrect product. If a creator needs to update fulfillment details, Zagram may route the request to platform operations for review.
Creator storefront and product help
For creator support, include your creator slug, storefront URL, account email, product title, and the page where the issue occurs. Product publishing, media uploads, profile settings, Broadcast, AutoDM, analytics, and Meta/Instagram connection issues are handled as creator workspace support.
Creators should keep product descriptions, delivery details, refund expectations, and support contact information accurate. Zagram may pause checkout for a product or storefront when payout setup, policy review, tax settings, or fulfillment details need attention.
Payments, refunds, disputes, and payouts
Stripe processes checkout and creator payouts. Zagram can investigate checkout sessions, payment status, purchase access, refund eligibility, creator payout readiness, and platform-fee questions, but bank timing and Stripe account requirements may be controlled by Stripe or the connected financial institution.
Refund requests should include the purchase email, product name, storefront URL, and reason for the request. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded product may be revoked. Chargebacks or abusive refund behavior may trigger account or storefront review.
Account, privacy, and data requests
For account access issues, include the email address on the account and the route where you are blocked. For privacy or data deletion requests, email from the account email when possible and include whether the request covers buyer records, creator records, or both.
Zagram may retain records required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, legal compliance, and platform integrity even when account-facing access is removed.
Safety, abuse, and intellectual property
Report fraud, impersonation, unsafe content, abusive behavior, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or suspicious storefronts with the relevant URL, screenshots, and a short explanation. We review safety reports against the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
Security reports should include affected URLs, reproduction steps, browser or device context, and whether account or payment data may be exposed. Do not publicly disclose security issues before Zagram has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
