Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions for buyers, creators, reviewers, and partners using Zagram.Store.
Effective date: April 19, 2026
What is Zagram.Store?
Zagram.Store is a creator-first marketplace for digital products such as PDFs, video courses, AI tutorials, and community memberships. Creators operate public storefronts, buyers purchase through Stripe Checkout, and purchased products are delivered through the buyer library or configured fulfillment links.
The production app is hosted at https://www.zagram.store. The apex domain https://zagram.store should redirect to the production app once DNS is healthy, and beta testing uses https://beta.zagram.store.
How do buyers access a purchase?
After checkout, the success page and purchase receipt point buyers back to their Zagram library. If the buyer creates or signs into an account with the same verified email used at checkout, eligible purchases can be linked to that account.
Download products use time-limited signed URLs. Course and community products may open a library page, delivery URL, or creator-managed community link depending on how the product is configured.
What should I do if my purchase is missing?
Sign in with the same email used at checkout and confirm that the email is verified. If the product still does not appear, contact support with the purchase email, product name, creator storefront URL, and the approximate purchase date.
If a receipt was delivered to a different email address, include that email in the support request so the platform can investigate the purchase record.
How do refunds work?
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and any creator-specific representations shown before purchase. Include the purchase email, product name, creator storefront URL, and reason for the request.
If a refund is approved, access to the refunded product may be revoked. Refund timing depends on Stripe, the payment method, and the buyer's bank.
How do creators get paid?
Creators connect Stripe from creator payment settings. Products should not go live for paid checkout until payout setup is complete and the creator has accepted the current pricing terms.
New creators start on the Zagram Free plan with a 15% Zagram fee on successful sales. Paid tiers and custom/legacy pricing may use different Zagram fees and payment-processing recovery. Stripe processing fees, taxes, reserves, disputes, and payout timing are controlled by Stripe account configuration and applicable payment-provider rules.
Can a cart contain products from multiple creators?
The cart can show products from multiple creators, but Stripe Connect checkout is processed one creator and one currency at a time. Mixed-creator carts are split into separate checkout groups so funds, platform fees, tax, and fulfillment stay clean.
Same-creator carts can checkout together as one Stripe Checkout Session with multiple order items.
How is tax handled?
Stripe Tax is enabled in the checkout code. Before live real-money sales, Stripe Tax registration, liability settings, and production configuration must be confirmed in Stripe.
Tax may vary based on buyer location, product type, creator setup, platform settings, and Stripe's tax calculation. Receipts and order records should be treated as the source of truth for charged amounts.
How does Meta or Instagram connection work?
Creators can open Creator Settings, choose the Integrations tab, and connect Instagram through Meta when the environment is configured. The Meta flow expects a Facebook account with access to a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram Professional account.
After authorization, Zagram stores the connected Instagram channel for creator growth workflows such as Broadcast and AutoDM. Provider publishing adapters and real inbound webhook automation are still being expanded.
What is the difference between beta and production?
Production runs at https://www.zagram.store from the master branch. Beta runs at https://beta.zagram.store from the beta branch and is used for validation before production changes.
Beta is not a true payment sandbox until it points at a separate Supabase project and Stripe test-mode keys. Test-mode Stripe Connect should not be connected to production Supabase data.
How do I report a problem, policy issue, or data request?
Use the Support page for account help, purchase issues, creator problems, payments, safety reports, privacy requests, and data deletion requests. Include URLs, account or purchase email, product names, screenshots, and error messages where relevant.
For policy context, review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Data Deletion instructions, and Acceptable Use Policy linked in the footer.
