User Data Deletion

This page explains how buyers and creators can request deletion of their Zagram.Store account data and what information may need to be retained for legal, security, or financial compliance reasons.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Zagram.Store account data, email support from the same email address associated with your account and include the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. If you are a creator, include your storefront name or creator slug if available.

You may also contact support if you need help identifying the correct account email, if you can no longer access your account, or if you want to request deletion for both buyer and creator records tied to the same identity.

What Zagram will delete

Subject to verification and applicable law, Zagram will process deletion requests for account profile data, creator workspace profile data, saved items, carts, in-app notification data, and other platform records that are not required to be retained.

Where feasible, we will also disable or remove storefront visibility, creator workspace access, and platform-managed content associated with the account after the deletion request is approved.

What Zagram may retain

Zagram may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, investigate fraud or abuse, maintain security logs, enforce agreements, or preserve transaction and payout records required for accounting, tax, payments, or regulatory compliance.

Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Zagram.Store. Certain payment, refund, tax, chargeback, and payout records may remain in Stripe or in Zagram's accounting and audit systems as required by law or platform operations.

Verification and timing

Before deleting data, Zagram may verify the identity of the requester to protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion. We may ask you to confirm account details or respond from the email address tied to the account.

Zagram will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA where relevant. If we cannot delete certain records, we will limit retention to what is necessary and explain the reason when appropriate.
