Terms of Service

Zagram.Store provides storefront, checkout, delivery, and creator-platform tooling for digital products and related services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business and personal purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or payment providers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, listing a product, making a purchase, or connecting a payout account.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these terms, creates payment risk, attempts fraud, or harms the platform, its users, or its service providers.

Creators are responsible for the content they sell, the claims they make, the delivery they promise, and compliance with applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, tax rules, and consumer-protection obligations.

Buyers purchase products directly through the checkout flow provided on Zagram.Store. Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms, verification requirements, and fraud controls. New creators start on the Zagram Free plan with a 15% Zagram fee on successful sales. Paid tiers and custom/legacy pricing may use different Zagram fees and payment-processing recovery. Processing fees, disputes, reserves, taxes, and payout timing may vary based on the creator's setup and Stripe's rules.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy posted on Zagram.Store and by any creator-specific representations shown before purchase. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of digital delivery may result in account review or suspension.

We may limit or revoke access to products, storefronts, or accounts where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or platform safety.

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload, subject to the rights necessary for Zagram.Store to host, display, process, and deliver that content through the platform. We retain all rights in the Zagram.Store software, branding, design, and platform materials.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zagram.Store is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, creator performance, buyer outcomes, or revenue results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific transaction or service giving rise to the claim.
